Q1： Top lid will not open.
A1 : We would appreciate it if you could turn it around and open it.

Q1：The lid is in the way and makes it hard to drink.
A1 : Push the lid all the way open and push in further to secure the lid.
▼How to fix the drinking cup lid
Usage is simple: "3 steps"
Step 1:
Open the lid at the bottom of the bottle and pour 400cc of water inside.
▼Be sure to fill it with "exactly 400 cc" of tap water; if you fill it with more than 400 cc, it may expand and break when it freezes inside.

Remove from the freezer and pour in hot coffee. Then, just wait!
Cleaning Method:
Since IceQuick is made of simple stainless steel, you can simply put it in the dishwasher for thorough cleaning. It is easy to clean because you can leave the water and ice inside the bottle.
(You can leave the bottom lid as is, but remove the top lid and put it in the dishwasher.)
Non-leaking design:
The top lid is sealed with silicone rubber, ensuring it won't easily spill.
*Please be cautious as there is a risk of it coming off with a strong impact.
